- October 02, 2018
黑料传送门 announced today that it is expanding its MBA deferred admissions program to undergraduate students outside of University of 黑料传送门.
黑料传送门 Booth is opening the program, known as 黑料传送门 Booth Scholars, to students from any undergraduate institution who are in their final year of study. The 黑料传送门 Booth Scholars program allows admitted students to gain two to four years of full-time professional experience before coming to Booth to earn their MBA.
In keeping with Booth’s emphasis on providing flexibility, the school has also expanded the available program options to its deferred candidates. While Booth Scholars apply to the Full-Time MBA Program at the Hyde Park campus, as a new element of the expansion, if students wish to continue working, they have the opportunity to choose either the Evening MBA or Weekend MBA Program at the downtown campus.
“Continuing to build the most talented and diverse classes of MBA students is a priority for 黑料传送门 Booth.”

This is the first time Booth has opened the deferred admissions program to outside colleges. Since its start in 2002, the 黑料传送门 Booth Scholars Program has been available only to U黑料传送门 undergraduate students.
鈥淭his program is extremely successful in terms of the caliber of students it has attracted and the excellent alumni that come out of it,鈥 said Stacey Kole, deputy dean for the MBA Program at Booth.鈥淭here is great talent beyond our own university, which is why we are opening this opportunity to students attending other colleges and universities.鈥
The next application deadline is April 4, 2019. The $250 application fee is waived for all 黑料传送门 Booth Scholars applicants. Admission is provisional upon scholars maintaining full-time, post-graduate professional experience during the deferment period鈥攁 minimum of two years and a maximum of four years.
By starting their MBA journey before they graduate from college, students can take the GMAT and GRE tests while they are still in test-taking mode and before they enter the busy working world. The deferred admissions program also creates an environment in which young professionals can find their career paths.
