Mergers and Acquisitions is a five-day interdisciplinary program that equips executives with the analytical frameworks and strategic tools needed to successfully navigate the entire deal cycle—from target identification and valuation to financing, restructuring, and post-merger integration. 

Unlike many other M&A programs, Booth’s curriculum integrates tax considerations within a global context shaped by rapid technological change and heightened competition—providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of the financial, strategic, and structural factors that drive deal success.
