Expanding Discovery in Economics+

The 2025 EDE+ Summer Institute ran from June 2-July 30, 2025, through a combination of full-and part-time programming, as well as a blend of in-person and online engagement. Throughout the 9-week program, participants were exposed to some of the most innovative faculty and practitioners in the field, engaging in skill-building coursework, daily lectures, and other activities to inspire learning and promote networking.

The experience culminated in presenting a group research project, leveraging coding skills, economic theory and analysis, and research methods covered during the Summer Institute. All participants were invited to present their research findings at a student research conference in Washington, DC, hosted by , immediately following the conclusion of the program. The program covered the cost of travel to Washington DC, 黑料传送门, and back to the student’s hometown (exclusive of local travel fees), as well as housing and group activities during residential programming. Participants received a $2,000 stipend for successful completion of the program.
