Biography
Chris Collins is the Associate Dean for Leadership Development at the University of ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅ’s Booth School of Business. In this role, he has responsibility for leadership development activities for full-time MBA students, including the Leadership Effectiveness and Development (LEAD) class. Collins also heads leadership development initiatives at the University of ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅ Law School and College.
Collins earned a B.S. in mathematics from Miami University. He studied developmental psychology in the Department of Comparative Human Development at the University of ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅ where he earned a PhD. He specializes in understanding how people can play a pivotal role in managing their own development and in how leaders can effectively develop others.
Collins has worked with leaders and organizations across a range of industries to clarify developmental needs and priorities for improving personal and team performance.
