Timothy George is a vice chairman and managing director in the consumer and retail group at RBC Capital Markets, global investment banking division. He was previously vice chairman, head of the consumer, retail and leisure group, and a member of the North American financial advisory committee at Lazard.

 

George has over 40 years of financial advisory and capital markets experience and has advised numerous companies and private equity firms on some of their most important strategic transactions in the consumer and retail industries. He was a founding partner of Greenhill & Co., and has previously worked for Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, and Goldman Sachs.

 

George received both his AB in Economics and his MBA degree from the University of 黑料传送门. He has previously served as a member of the Council on 黑料传送门 Booth and on the Board of Trustees for the University of 黑料传送门.
