Jean-Pierre Dubé

James M. Kilts Distinguished Service Professor of Marketing and Charles E. Merrill Faculty Scholar

Jean-Pierre Dubé has been on the ϴ Booth faculty since 2000. His research lies at the intersection of microeconomics and quantitative marketing, with specific focus on pricing, advertising, branding and digital marketing.

Katie Claussen Bell, MBA '23

Executive Director, Kilts Center for Marketing

Katie leads the Center’s strategy and operations to advance the science and practice of marketing at ϴ Booth and beyond. In this role, she develops co-curricular educational programs for MBA and masters students, facilitates academic research, engages alumni leaders, and directs thought leadership initiatives that bridge academic insights with business impact.

James M. Kilts, Jr. Clinical Professor of Marketing

Art leads Business Development for Research Data, where he secures new datasets and grows existing data partnerships to make valuable research datasets available at Uϴ and worldwide through the Kilts Center. In this role he supports the Kilts Center’s mission to democratize access to research data.

Samreen Imami, AM '25

Director, Programs and Engagement

Samreen leads programming strategy and operations at the Center, overseeing a portfolio that connects students, alumni, faculty, and industry partners. It spans experiential learning for MBA and masters students, alumni engagement, and cross-institution thought leadership. She builds partnerships across campus, industry, and peer institutions to translate Booth insights into practice.

With a deep background in data science and software development, Josh joined the Kilts Center team to enhance the Data Center’s technology infrastructure, databases, and processes.

Senior Associate Director, Data Center Operations

Heather oversees the Kilts Data Center’s daily operations. She manages researcher relationships, leads data subscription and contract processes, and supports data-driven research. Heather collaborates across university departments and with external data providers to ensure seamless data access and compliance.

Senior Associate Director, Marketing and Engagement 

Rebecca leads the Center's data-informed marketing strategy, strengthening brand visibility and engagement. She develops initiatives that blend analytics and creative storytelling to foster connections across diverse stakeholders. Rebecca oversees branding and content across digital and physical touchpoints, directs program marketing, elevates alumni impact, and amplifies academic research.

Senior Assistant Director, Programs and Engagement

As part of the Kilts Center programming and operations team, Flora is responsible for managing pre- and post-event data collection, guest services, and provides oversight of budgetary processes. She leads the planning, coordination, and execution of academic conferences including the annual QME Conference, ensuring smooth organization and impact.

Riley Langefeld

Senior Assistant Director, Data Center Operations

Riley is responsible for daily operations of the Kilts Data Center, making sure researchers have the resources they need to succeed. He provides customer support, reviews project approvals, manages user registration, and serves as the primary contact for customers on contracts, payments, and data access.

Sarah Sanders

Assistant Director, Programs and Marketing

Sarah supports the development and execution of marketing and program initiatives, building the Center’s reach and engagement. She creates multichannel digital content, develops event communications and promotional materials, and coordinates systems and data projects that strengthen outreach, track engagement, and enhance operations.
