At Booth, I am looking to develop the skills to successfully cultivate innovative and strategic solutions that center equity. Through the Civic Scholars Program, I look forward to gaining the analytical and data-driven tools needed to build strong organizational strategies that can withstand unforeseen challenges and strengthen the nonprofit sector as a whole. I am also eager to deepen my quantitative, financial, and operational skills.

What are your career aspirations?

My long-term career aspiration is to be a leader in the philanthropic space, focused on driving economic mobility and systems-level equity while centering the experiences of historically marginalized people. I aim to leverage my expertise as a nonprofit executive and independent education consultant to transform the structures that perpetuate racial and economic injustice. Ultimately, I hope to use my skills to build cross-sector partnerships and implement data-driven solutions that translate philanthropic investment into measurable, positive social return.
